Hawaiian Rice Salad

2 cans (8 oz.) fruit c*cktail
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
3 c. cooked rice (1 c. rice 2 c. water)
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 c. marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream or whipped cream
1 tbsp. sugar

Drain fruit. Add fruit liquid to cook rice. Combine fruit, coconut, nuts and marshmallows. In mixing bowl blend sour cream, sugar, salt and 1/4 cup fruit juice. Pour over rice mixture. Toss lightly. Chill.

Is there anyone that has this recipe or a good fruit salad...K&W does this Rice salad that is wonderful..I ask them and they call it Hawaiian Salad. PM me is you have one and would appreciate it.
