This will be a new home on a farm about 3 to 5K sq feet.

Mr. Huffman does quality work, but not cheap work. He built a house for a friend that I was impressed with. He takes care of the details.
I heard he used to not work on a house unless it was a certain (large) size, but since the Obama recession hit, I heard he will work on most anything.
If you want to build a new house, you should look at what's on the market now. Prices have dropped to way below replacement costs.

I dont want cheap and quality...they dont go together...I have seen some nice homes in Canterburry built by several contractors.
Mr. Huffman has some nice houses as well as Keary...I also have seen some nice houses from Kevin Brown...all of these have pretty good reputations from what I have heard.

Fair AND quality???.... don't trust them, they use Pixey dust in their mortar mix.  Nah, I'm sure they are out there. Ya just gotta find them.... maybe look behind the unicorn stable.

there are a few that I have already excluded...not going into names but ...you know its hard to satisfy all customers and I take that into consideration.
