Renee , Here's my recipe this is what you need Ham ( thick sandwich),Block Cheese , Onion and Miracle whip Cut everything into chunks .Then cook macaroni after its done Strain macaroni and then put in cold water this helps to it down when cold strain it and then just add Everything together Mix in miracle and ENJOY .

I have a one that I've made for years but don't have the exact measurements...Just kind of judged by taste...But I've had alot of good comments about it...So I'll tell ya what I put in it if you still would like to try it...I guess you could say that I mix it about like potato salad but more vinegar.
macaroni - boiled & rinsed tomatoes - chopped bell pepper - chopped onion - chopped cucumber - chopped mustard mayonnaise vinegar - white or dark sugar Salt & Pepper
