Called "Must Go" because everything that's in the fridge that "must go" goes in them! LOL

Peel the potatoes, and boil until soft and tender. Drain, then place in a large mixing bowl. Add milk and butter, then mash and mix until smooth. Butter and milk are usually added until you get the consistency you like.

Add whatever other ingredients you want, and mix in.

Stuff into a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees or until tops are crispy and golden.

I make tater cakes out of them after stirring in all the ingredients you want and fry them in a frying pan. It works either way. They are delicious.
