Delicious and easy to make .Just add what you like.


1 pound tilapia
1 large tomato chopped
4, 8� flour or corn tortillas
1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 Jalapeno chopped

Spray skillet with cooking oil.
Cook fish over medium high heat turning frequently until fish flakes with a fork.
Dice fish and place Fish,Pepper, Tomatoes and Lettuce in the tortillas.
Top with dressing.
Serve with a Lime wedge.
