This is a great casserole and very simple to make. It's a big hit at dinners and parties.

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain. In large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese soup, and milk. Pour into 8x8 casserole dish. Drizzle beaten egg over mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Crush thr Ritz crackers and place evenly on top. Drizzle melted but ontop of crackers. Bake for approximately 20 minutes on 350 degrees.
